Jean Charles Phaneuf – CEO, Director
Mr. Phaneuf was invited into infinitii ai as CEO by its previous CEO Greg Johnston (who is now President) and the Board in January of 2021 after serving as a consultant for two months evaluating the Company's growth potential. He brings over 25 years of experience with a demonstrated leadership success history in the technology and investment banking industries. He recently graduated from the MIT Sloan School of Management’s executive program – Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy and also from Ecole Polytechnique of Montreal in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Innovation Management.
Kevin Ma – Director
Mr. Ma is a senior financial professional specializing in corporate financing, public company reporting and regulatory compliance in Canada and United States, strategic planning, financial management, and capital markets for the past 10 years. He started his career as a chartered accountant with Deloitte LLP and has extensive experience in the industry within technology, natural resources exploration and mining, life sciences, and manufacturing for multi-national companies, both private and public corporate structures. Mr. Ma is a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, and holds a Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
Chris Johnston – Director
Mr. Johnston is a Professional Engineer (BC, AB) with over 27 years of experience in the civil engineering and infrastructure management industry. He is currently Vice President of Kerr Wood Leidal Associates Ltd. Consulting Engineers in Vancouver where he leads business development and project innovation. Mr. Johnston has led or contributed to hundreds of engineering assignments over the years and recognized early in his career, the importance of accurate data. As a result, he co-founded FlowWorks: the web-based, time series data management and analysis suite that helps users understand their data. FlowWorks merged with Carl Data Solutions in 2015, and Carl Data Solutions changed its name to infinitii ai in 2022.
Rick Sanderson – Director
Mr. Sanderson has over 28 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. He most recently joined MacLaren McCann in 2014 after his post as Marketing Director at Global Relay, a market leader in compliance messaging, archiving and message management software.
Mr. Sanderson also served as a general manager of Omnicom Media Group Vancouver and Media Manager of TBWA/Vancouver, two large global media and advertising agencies. Prior to his 18-year stay in Vancouver, he worked in Toronto for a number of agencies, including MacLaren McCann working on brands such as Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and HSBC.
Vikas Ranjan – Director
Mr. Ranjan is a management professional with an MBA in Finance & Information Systems from McGill University, Montreal, Canada with over 22 years of experience in diverse areas of finance, capital markets entrepreneurship and consulting. He is Co-Founder and a member of the Board of Directors at Gravitas Financial Inc, a Toronto, Canada based investment holding and merchant banking firm with a focus on financial services, financial technology and mining verticals. He is also President of New India Investment Corp. (NIIC). Based in Toronto, Canada, NIIC is a special purpose venture focused on finding investment opportunities for early and growth-stage investments in high-potential companies domiciled in India or with a focus on India as a market.
